Nighthawk Custom Alpha Hawk

The Nighthawk Custom Alpha Hawk is a commander size single action 9mm 1911 built for compensated carry performance in a compact, concealment friendly package. This smoked nitride model uses a 4.25 inch match grade bull barrel with an integrated chunk port, a hand fit frame and slide, and Nighthawk Custom’s Interchangeable Optic System. It ships with a mounted Trijicon SRO 1 MOA red dot, one 7-round magazine, and one 8-round magazine.

The ported commander barrel reduces muzzle rise and felt recoil without adding length or bulk, so the pistol keeps a clean carry profile. A magwell is machined into the frame, and the beavertail and hammer are contoured to the Alpha Hawk’s reduced geometry. Interchangeable G10 RailScales slide inserts and matching RailScales grip panels give a consistent texture on the grip and slide, and the inserts can be swapped after the IOS plate is removed. There is no front sight, leaving an unobstructed optic window, while the long flat trigger is set to a 3.5 to 3.75 lb pull. An ambi safety, Recon rail, and fully dehorned, beveled contours support a smooth draw.

This Alpha Hawk is suited to concealed carry, range work, and personal defense where a single stack 1911 with a red dot and compensated barrel is preferred. The included Trijicon SRO 1 MOA optic offers a wide field of view, 1 MOA adjustments, and a top loading CR2032 battery so the sight can stay on the pistol during a battery change. At 7.76 inches long and 38.6 ounces empty, it stays in commander size while giving faster, more controllable follow-up shots.
